How long do I have to wait for my order?
I try to ensure all parcels are shipped within 7 days. However sometimes this can be as long as 10 days. Covid is currently causing a delay with many aspects of shipping so please be patient.
What happens when i PreOrder an item?
Pre Order items will be shipped as soon as they are available. The due date is normally written on the product description. If you have ordered other items with the PreOrder item, these will be held so they can all be shipped together.
Do you offer free delivery?
As a small business, free delivery would take away a lot of our profit, and we do need to make money to survive. We like to be as transparent as possible and have clear delivery charges on the 'Delivery and Returns' information page. We do not make any money on shipping costs. We just ensure the costs for posting and packaging are covered.
Can I add items to my order?
Once an order has been placed in the system, i cannot add to it. What you can do, is place a second order, then email me with the order number at email@example.com and i can join the orders and refund you some postage costs.
What happens if I give you the incorrect address?
Unfortunately, there is not much i can do to help here. Please just triple check all of your information is correct before you check out.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately not. Once it has been submitted you will need to wait to receive the item and then follow the returns procedure.
What happens if my item arrives damaged?
In the unfortunate situation that this occurs, please email within 48 hours of delivery with photos to firstname.lastname@example.org
What courier service do you use?
For parcels below 2KG, or of medium size, Royal Mail Tracked 48 will be used.
For parcels above 2KG or items of a large size, DPD will be used.
Both services can be fully tracked, and tracking details will be sent via email and/or text message dependent on the details you've left at checkout.
