Delivery, Returns and Refunds
Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. In most cases we will deliver much sooner.
Due to the current COVID19 situation, deliveries are taking longer than normal. Please do be patient with us. We will do everything we can to ensure your order is shipped as quickly as possible.
We will send your order via DPD or Royal Mail and full tracking details will be sent to you via email and/or text.
Delivery prices are calculated individually and are based on the size, weight and fragility of your order. If the weight of your delivery exceeds the small/medium weight and size limits of the couriers we use, the postage cost will automatically update at checkout. Each item on our website has the correct weight attached to it, and the delivery costs will be calculated for you.
Small Sized Parcels up to 2KGs will cost £4.95
Medium Sized Parcels between 2-5 KGs are charged at £5.95
Parcels which are over 5 KGs are charged at £6.50
Furniture Delivery is £10
We reserve the right to refuse to deliver any order at anytime.
If you require shipping outside of the UK, please contact us to discuss. Unfortunately, due to excessive customs charges caused by Brexit, we have had to cease deliveries to ROI. We are working to reinstate this service as quickly as we can.
Returns & Refunds
We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase but if for any reason you are not, we can offer a full refund within 5 days of delivery. (excluding original delivery charge)
If you would like to return the item to us please ensure it is protected for its journey as we cannot be held responsible for items which are lost or damaged in transit and we may not be able to refund you.
The cost for returning an item will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please ensure items are returned using an insured
and fully tracked service.
If a returned item arrives back to us damaged, unfortunately we will not be able to refund you.

Each item goes through thorough quality checks before it is sent out to you but should it arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt so we can resolve this swiftly for you. We cannot be held responsible for damages reported after this period.
We will also require photographs of the damages so we can claim back from the courier.
